经尿道前列腺电气化切割术

TRANSURETHRAL ELECTRO VAPOR ABLATION FOR BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA

①目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电气化切割术治疗前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）的效果。②方法 应用经尿道前列腺电气化切割术治疗ＢＰＨ 病人２０ 例。③结果 随访３０ｄ，病人的症状、尿流率及残余尿量较治疗前均有显著改善（Ｆ＝ ５１．８１～１４７．３２，ｑ＝ １１．２０～２１．８０，Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。④结论 经尿道前列腺电气化切割术兼有电切和气化的优点，是值得推广的治疗ＢＰＨ的新方法。

Objective\ To determine the effect of transurethral electro vapor ablation for BPH.\ Methods\ 20 cases of BPH were treated by transurethral electro vapor ablation.\ Results\ During the follow up survey of 7 and 30 days after the operation, the symptom score, the urine flow rate and the reduction of residual urine in the patients were significantly improved, compared with those in the patients before the operation ( F=51.81-147.32,q=11.20-21.80,P <0.01).\ Conclusion Transurethral electro vapor ablation has the advantages of both electro resection and vaporization and is a new method to be recommended in the treatment of BPH.\;
