摘要
在某软弱土地基工程中采用长短间隔悬臂现浇混凝土薄壁管桩作为基坑支护结构,将沉管灌注桩改为内外两层钢套管,成桩过程中钢套管起着模板、护壁、振捣和挤压密实等多重作用,沉桩过程部分挤土从沉管出泥孔排出,桩端没有沉渣,使桩体能更好地发挥承载能力,保证边坡的安全。长短不规则间隔布桩,在保证工程质量的同时降低了成本,取得了较好的经济效益。
Long-short cantilever cast-in-place thin-wall concrete pipe pile is adopted for support structure in some soft soil foundation engineering. Driven cast-in-place pile is instead of steel sleeve including two layer which is used as formwork, wall protection and vibrating. In pile driving process, some soil is discharged and there is no sediment in pile end which ensure the pile bearing capacity and safety of slope. The interval distribution of piles with different length not only reduces cost but also ensures engineering quality.
