摘要
抢风岭隧道施工长距离穿越煤层及小煤窑采空区,地质条件极差,常伴有涌水现象发生,施工难度大。针对工程情况,采取加强超前支护的措施,并根据实际围岩情况及时调整开挖方式和支护参数,提高初期支护的整体性,对涌水和采空区分别采取了特殊的处理措施。通过加强监控量测,及时对数据进行回归分析,掌握不同围岩情况下初支前期沉降规律,调整预留变形量,采取质量安全控制措施,保证了工程的顺利进行。
Qiangfengling tunnel crossing coal section and goal with poor geological conditions and gushing water in long distance is difficult to construct. Authors take measures of strengthening advance support and adjust excavation method and support parameters according to actual surrounding rock situation to improve integrity of primary support. Meanwhile, special measures are adopted in goaf and gushing water area. Based on monitoring, authors make regression analysis on data to master settlement law and adjust reserved deformation. Quality and safety measures are adopted to ensure the construction smooth.
