摘要
为避免孔位坍塌影响地铁运营安全,在邻近地铁隧道的钻孔灌注桩施工中采用钢套筒护壁。以沪杭客运专线上跨上海地铁9号线的钻孔灌注桩施工为例,介绍了采用全回转式全套管钻机压入钢套筒护壁的施工工艺,对施工引起的邻近地铁隧道变形进行了分析。在施工中采取了控制和减小变形的应对措施,保证了地铁隧道的运营安全。
To prevent the risk of tunnel safety accident due to hole collapse, the steel sleeve is adopted for wall protection in construction of bored pile adjacent metro tunnel. Based on bored pile construction in Shanghai-Hangzhou passenger dedicated railway, the author introduces construction technology of steel sleeve indentation with full-rotating and full-casing drill rig, and analyzes deformation of adjacent metro tunnel. Measures for controlling and decreasing deformation are adopted to ensure the safety of operational tunnel.
