摘要
预应力筋张拉后有可能会因径向水平分力过大而造成混凝土局部破坏,从而使预应力筋冲破混凝土侧向崩出。以某预应力混凝土曲线箱梁桥混凝土侧壁崩脱事故为例,对事故产生的主要原因进行了分析。针对主要原因,从预应力筋放张、凿除破损梁体混凝土、结合界面植筋、安装支架模板、恢复钢筋和钢束、混凝土浇筑、预应力束张拉等方面对该梁体损坏处的预应力筋和混凝土进行了修复。
Prestressed reinforcement may collapse in lateral because of concrete local failure caused by oversize of horizontal component. Based on accident of concrete sidewall collapse in some prestressed concrete curved box girder bridge, main reasons are analyzed. According to the main reasons, authors repair the girder from tension of prestressed reinforcement and prestressed tendon, removing damage concrete, planting bar in bonding interface, formwork installation, steel strands and reinforcement recovery and concrete pouring.
