环磷腺苷葡胺治疗116例心肌病的临床疗效观察

目的探讨环磷腺苷葡胺治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效,旨在进一步提高该病的诊治水平。方法 200例扩张型心肌病随机分观察组116例和对照组84例,2组均给予常规治疗,其中观察组在常规治疗的基础上联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,运用统计学方法分析两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为93.2%,对照组总有效率为71.0%,2组总有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。且观察组LVEF、LVMW、LVEDD、LVES变化较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗扩张型心肌病疗效好,可以明显改善心功能,未见明显不良反应发生,安全性好,值得广泛推广应用于临床。

Objective To investigate camp meglumine treatment of dilated eardiomyopathy clinical efficacy,designed to further improve diagnosis and treatment of disease.Methods 200 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided 116 patients in observation group and control group of 84 patients,two groups were given conventional treatment,in which the treatment group were observed on the basis of camp meglumine combined therapy,using statistical analysis The clinical efficacy.Restdts The group＇s total effective rate was 93.2% in the control group,the total effective rate was 71.0%,fatal effective rate between the two groups was significant （P〈（0.05）.And the observation group,LVEF,LVMW,LVEDD,LVESD change more obvious than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The conventional treatment on the basis of cAMP meglumine combined treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy is effective and can significantly improve heart function,no significant adverse events,safety,and should be widely used in clinical.
