冰片羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物研究

Study on the Preparation and stability of Borneol HP-β-CD inclusion complex

目的研究冰片羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的制备及稳定性。方法筛选冰片羟丙基-β-环糊精研磨包合最佳工艺,考察其外观及包合物中冰片的稳定性。结果冰片与羟丙基-β-环糊精制备工艺为:投料比(HP-β-CD∶冰片)3∶0.2,研磨1.5h;考察时间内,与对照组相比,冰片损失量较少。结论冰片经羟丙基-β-环糊精包合后可以提高其稳定性,且溶液澄明度较好。

Objective To study the preparation technology of the inclusion complex of borneol with HP-β-CD and to compare its stability and appearanec.Metbods To study the proper preparation technology and GC method was used to investgate their stability.Results The optimal condition of the inclusion prepared by trituration method were Bornel to HP-β-CD（3：0.2）,the inclusion time were 1.5h.Borneol that were included by HP-β-CD prevent the volatilization of borneol and promote the stability of the drug.Conclusion The stability of borneol complexed with HP-β-CD was improved and transparency was qualified.
