摘要
连续重整装置是石油化工企业最重要的生产装置之一,其中反应和再生部分为装置的核心,该部分的设备布置及管道设计以其工艺条件要求严格、高温、临氢、大口径、长路径、高材质、高造价等特点成为整个装置的重点和难点。结合某厂1 M t/a连续重整装置分析了反应管道的设计特点,该装置已经开汽成功一年多,运行良好,证明设计原则正确、应力分析可靠,选材合理,设计是成功的。
Continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) unit is one of important process units in petrochemical enterprises, in which the reaction section and regeneration section are the core sections of the reformer. The strict process conditions, high temperature, hydrogen presence, large diameter, long length, high metallurgy and high costs of pipelines impose great difficulties in equipment layout and piping design. The piping design of the reaction section is studied through a case study of a 1.0 MM TPY CCR unit. The CCR unit has been running smoothly for more than 1 year, which proves that the design is good, the stress analysis is reliable, the material selection is reasonable and piping design is successful.
