Determination of Barium in Plastic Products Used in Food Packaging by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 [目的]建立一种实用有效的塑料食品包装材料浸泡液中钡元素测定的痕量分析法。[方法]应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定法,探讨了适合的样品处理方法,仪器工作条件、升温程序等参数以及基体改进剂的合理选用方式。[结果]钡的浓度在0-80 ng/ml的范围内呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 2,方法的检出限为7.5 ng/ml,RSD≤3.35%,回收率为95.6%-102.6%。[结论]该法操作简便,灵敏度和准确度满足此类样品测定要求,应用于塑料食品包装材料浸泡液中钡含量的分析,是一种灵敏、准确、实用的方法。 [Objective]To establish a practical and effective determination of trace barium analysis in plastic products used in food packaging.[Methods]The sample pretreatment,working conditions and operating parameters were explored.This method could be applied to graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of barium element in plastic products used in food packaging.[Results]The concentration of barium showed a good linearity in the range of 0-80 ng/ml.The correlation coefficient was 0.9992.The detection limit was 7.5 ng/ml,RSD≤3.35%.The range of recovery rate was 95.6%-102.6%.[Conclusion]This method is simple,sensitivity and accuracy of the determination meet the requirements of such samples.When applied to the analysis of barium,this method is sensitive,accurate and practical.
