烟台市牟平区某企业农民工职业病防治管理工作成效评估

Assessment on Effectiveness of Occupational Disease Prevention and Management in an Enterprise with Migrant Workers in Muping District,Yantai City

[目的]总结经验,评估工作成效,为进一步搞好农民工职业病防治管理工作提供依据。[方法]对烟台市牟平区某矿山采选企业开展农民工职业病防治管理运行工作前后有关情况进行比较。[结果]该企业制订并运行农民工职业病防治管理工作后的2008-2010年,农民工职业健康查体率达100.00%;查出2例矽肺病人（均是制度运行前已在岗者）,发现82例职业禁忌证者（慢性活动性肺结核35例,肺组织纤维化病变47例）,其中29例慢性活动性肺结核者为制度运行前已在岗的,其他53例均为制度运行后新上岗的;未出现农民工职业纠纷。农民工职业病知识总知晓率,运行后（2010年）的121人为84.30%,运行前（2007年）的106人为50.94%,二者比较有差异（P〈0.01）。工作场所粉尘浓度检测合格率,运行前（2007年）为55.36%,运行后（2010年）为88.46%,二者比较有差异（P〈0.01）。[结论]该企业运行的农民工职业病防治管理工作制度效果明显。

[Objective]To sum up experience,assess the effectiveness,in order to provide the basis for occupational disease prevention to further improve the management of migrant workers.[Methods]Comparison was made on the situation before and after carrying out occupational disease prevention and management of migrant workers in Muping district,Yantai with mining enterprises.[Results]During 2008-2010,after the enterprise mapped out and carried out the occupational disease prevention and management of migrant workers,the occupational health examination of migrant workers reached 100.00%.2 cases of silicosis were found（both in the post before running the system）;82 cases of occupational contraindication persons were found（35 cases with chronic active pulmonary tuberculosis,47 cases of pulmonary fibrosis）,of whom 29 patients with chronic active pulmonary tuberculosis were in the post before running the system,and the other 53 cases were new posts after the system took effect.Disputes didn＇t appear among the workers.After running the system（in 2010）,the total rate of occupational knowledge of migrant workers was 84.30%（of 121 people）,while before the system（in 2007） the rate was 50.94%（of 106 people）,which showed differences（P〈0.01）.Dust concentration in workplace testing pass rate before running（in 2007） was 55.36%,while after running（in 2010） was 88.46%,which showed differences（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The operation of migrant workers of the enterprise management system for occupational disease prevention effect is obvious.
