摘要
探讨LN、DNA- P、SOD与EGF在用中西医结合治疗肿瘤时的含量变化的意义。采用40 只昆明小鼠, 在右前肢腋部皮下种植瘤细胞形成实体瘤。随机分成4 组, 每组10 只, 分别用当归、环磷酰胺、当归合并环磷胺和生理盐水( 对照组) 加以治疗。疗程结束后测量瘤体大小和抑制率并测定血和瘤组织中LN、DNA- P、SOD和EGF含量。当归合并环磷酰胺治疗组, 移植瘤体明显减小, 肿瘤抑制率最大( 达88 .7 % ) ;血和瘤组织中LN、DNA- P显著降低,SOD、EGF 显著增高。以上变化比单用当归或环磷酰胺或生理盐水治疗组的效果更加明显。当归是一种有效的具有协同抗癌作用的中药;肿瘤标志物LN、DNA- P、SOD和EGF可以反映肿瘤治疗效果。
This paper is to observe the change in concentration of serveral tumor markers, when tumor is treated by combined traditional and western midicine. Forty Kunmin mice were randomly divided into four groups (ten each) after transplanting cells of tumor and forming tumor in armpit of the right front limb with subcutaneous injection:Danggui group,cytoxan group,Danggui plus cytoxan group and normal saline group(control group). Tumor size, rate of the tumor inhibition and the levels of LN,DNA-P,SOD and EGF in the blood and organs were measured. It was found that transplanted tumor markedly reduced, the rate of the tumor inhibition was the geratest(88.7%), the levels of LN,DNA-P decreased and the levels of SOD,EGF were elevated in the Danggui plus cytoxan treating group.All these changes were more distinctive than in Danggui, cytoxan or normal saline groups.It is demonstrated that Danggui is an effective traditional Chinese medicine with coordinated anticancer. The concentration of LN,DAN-P, SOD and EGF can affect the therapeutic effect.
