The Control Cooling Technology is a very important technique in steel manufacture industry,it attract especialy attention from the metallurgy factory.This article gives a description of basic theory,classify and application of The Control Cooling Technology in long bar and wire rod field.and also gives a description of the design,the application of advanced control cooling technique form DANIELI and SMS Meer in Xiang Tan high speed wire rod and bar in coil production line.At the same time,gives us some problems appeared in the rolling process,along with the resolvent of this problems.
