供应链是目前新兴的一种生产组织模式，其研究正处于探索阶段。随着对供应链研究的深入进行，以及供应链生产组织模式被运用于实践，供应链生产组织模式需要某种规范形式的管理。供应链协议（Ｓｕｐｐｌｙ ｃｈａｉｎ Ｐｒｏｔｏｃｏｌ，缩写为ＳＣＰ）正是针对这种需要而提出的。供应链协议是根据供应链产品生产模式的特点，结合ＧＡＴＴ（《关税和贸易总协定》）、ＩＳＯ９０００、ＥＤＩ、ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ等多方面知识，将供应链管理工作进行程序化、标准化和规范化。供应链协议强调供应链的实用性和供应链管理的可操作性。本文在叙述供应链概念和指出供应链运行时所存在的问题的基础上，提出了供应链协议的概念，并对供应链协议的内容框架和现实性进行了研究，同时引入了ＳＣＰ文本、ＳＣＰ标准、ＳＣＰＮｅｔ等新概念。但是。
