摘要
工程变更是影响工程造价变化的主要因素之一,本文首先提出工程变更的含义,并结合工程实例说明了工程变更对造价的影响,最后论述了加强工程变更管理的有效措施,以使工程变更管理科学、有序,从而提高工程经济效益。
Engineering change is one of the major factors to influence engineering cost. Firstly,it put forward the meaning of engineering change,discuss and study the influence of engineering change to engineering cost combined with an engineering example. Finally,analysis effective measures to improving engineering change management,in order to make engineering change management scientific, orderly,thereby improving project economic benefits.
