艾滋病相关性颅内新型隐球菌感染的MRI诊断 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨艾滋病合并颅内新型隐球菌感染的MRI表现。方法:回顾分析经病原学证实的9例艾滋病合并颅内新型隐球菌感染的MRI表现。结果:根据颅内新型隐球菌感染MRI表现及病理机制,将艾滋病合并颅内新型隐球菌感染分为4型:Ⅰ脑膜脑炎型(1例),Ⅱ类梗死型(1例),Ⅲ梗死型(6例),Ⅳ肉芽肿型(1例)。结论:艾滋病合并颅内新型隐球菌感染MRI表现复杂多样,分型有助于加深对其影像学特征及病理机制的认识,对诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。 Objective:To investigate the MRI features of intracranial cryptococcus neoformans infection in AIDS patients.Methods:The MRI findings of nine case of intracranial cryptococcus neoformans in AIDS patients proved by etiology were analyzed.Results:According to MRI findings of intracranial cryptococcus neoformans infection and pathological mechanisms,intracranial cryptococcus neoformans infection in AIDS patients could be divided into 4 types:meningoencephalitis type,infarction-like type,infarction type and granuloma type.Conclusion:Complexity and diversity are shown in MRI features of intracranial cryptococcus neoformans infection in AIDS,so image types are helpful to deeply understand imaging features and pathological mechanism.In addition,it has important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
