骨Paget病的影像学研究(附11例病例报道)

Imaging findings of Paget′s disease of bone(with report of 11 cases and literature review)

目的:分析11例Paget病(变形性骨炎)的临床及影像学表现,提高对该病认识。方法:11例病例行X线检查6例、CT检查5例、MRI检查2例、核素骨扫描1例。结果:11例病例中10例单发,1例多发。10例单发中颅骨3例,椎体2例,掌骨、肱骨、骨盆、股骨及跟骨各1例。11例中骨质膨胀5例;骨质膨胀并变形者4例;2例椎体受累,1例呈"象牙骨"改变,1例椎体变扁。11例中2例恶变,1例为软骨肉瘤,1例为多发骨肉瘤。结论:通过分析患者的临床与影像特征,有助于提高对该病的全面认识,从而达到正确诊断。

Objective：To improve the understanding of the imaging characteristics of Paget′s disease of bone（osteitis deformans） in 11 cases.Methods：Of the 11 cases,6 had X-ray,5 had CT,2 had MRI and 1 had nuclear medicine examinations.Results：Ten cases were solitary and 1 case was multiple lesions.Of the 10 solitary cases,3 involved the skull,2 involved the vertebral body and the other involved metacarpal,humerus,pelvis,femurs and calcaneus.Nine showed bone expansion and 4 of them had deformity.Of the 2 cases involving the vertebral body,one appeared as ivory bone and the other one appeared as flat vertebra.Two of the 11 cases had malignant change,one was chondrosarcoma and the other one was multiple osteosarcomas.Conclusion：The image findings of the Paget′s disease of bone were characteristic,and a better understanding can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
