腓总神经梅毒MRI病例 被引量：2

摘要 病例资料患者,女,44岁。1周前不慎扭伤致左小腿及左足酸痛,后症状逐渐加重伴小腿肿胀麻木及活动受限而住院治疗。查体：一般情况可,血压150/110 mmHg,痛苦面容,心肺听诊未闻及明显异常。腰椎无压痛及叩痛,双侧直腿抬高试验阴性。
