经内镜金属支架治疗肠道恶性梗阻性疾病的临床应用

Endoscopic Treatment of Malignant Intestinal Obstruction with Metallic Stent lmplantation

目的探讨金属自膨式支架治疗肠道恶性梗阻的临床疗效及意义。方法对1999年至2009年我院消化科门诊和住院31例肠道恶性梗阻患者进行金属自膨式支架置入术。结果 31例均放置成功,患者恶心、呕吐、排便困难等梗阻症状得到缓解,患者生活质量得到提高。结论金属自膨式支架无论是在肠道恶性梗阻无法手术、恶性肠道肿瘤手术后复发还是在肿瘤切除术后吻合口狭窄等情况下,均可解决梗阻,达到提高患者生存质量的目的。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of self-expandable metal stent for malignant intestinal obstruction. Methods From 1999 to now,31 cases with malignant intestinal obstruction were treated with self-expandable metal stent endoprosthesis. Results 31 cases with malignant intestinal obstruction were all successfully inserted with self-expandable metal stent, and obstructive symptoms of nauseated, vomit and difficult defecation got relief. Conclusion Implantaion of metallic stent can be used for malignant intestinal obstruction with no chance of operation or recurrence or stoma narrow after operation to reduce the patients＇ obstructive symptoms, and increase the patients＇ living quality.
