复方尿囊素片对阿司匹林所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用

Protective effects of aidioxa tablets on aspirin-induced gastric mucosal lesions in rats

目的研究复方尿囊素片对阿司匹林所致大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的预防保护作用。方法60只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成5组：阿司匹林损伤组（I组）、空白对照组（Ⅱ组）、硫糖铝保护组（1lI组）、氢氧化铝保护组（IV组）、复方尿囊素保护组（V组）。保护组分别用硫糖铝、氢氧化铝及复方尿囊素片提前给大鼠灌胃，其后用阿司匹林灌胃致急性胃黏膜损伤，然后分别测定各组大鼠的黏膜溃疡指数（uI），并在显微镜及电镜下观察胃黏膜组织学改变，分别测定各组胃黏膜损伤积分（EDS），以评价损伤程度及药物的预防保护效果。结果I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、V组的溃疡指数分别为42．13±6．22、3．13±1．46、8．63±3．48、】8．00±6．16、8．004±3．17；黏膜损伤积分分别为3．67±0．49、1．25±0．45、1．41±0．51、2．42±0．79、1．50±0．52。各保护组溃疡指数、损伤积分明显低于阿司匹林损伤组，复方尿囊素组的溃疡指数、损伤积分均明显低于氢氧化铝组（P〈0．01），略低于硫糖铝保护组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论复方尿囊素片对阿司匹林所致大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤有明显的预防保护作用。

Objective To study the protective effects of aldioxa tablets on aspirin-induced gastric mucosal lesions in rat model. Methods Sixty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups： Ⅰ（injury group） , Ⅱ （control group） , Ⅲ （sucralfate protective group） , Ⅳ （aluminium hydroxide protective group） , arid Ⅴ （aldioxa protective group）. The three protective groups were treated with sueralfate, aluminium hydroxide and aldioxa tablets respectively before gastric mucosal injury was induced. Then the ulcer index （UI） , epithelial damage scoring （EDS） were measured, and the pathological changes on histological sections and ultrastructural sections of gastric mucosa were assessed under microscope or electron microscope. Results The data of group I , 11 , HI , IV, V obtained were as follow ： ulcer index ： 42. 13±6. 22, 3.13 ± 1.46, 8.63 ± 3.48, 18.00 ± 6. 16, 8. O0 ±3.17, respectively; epithelial damage scoring： 3.67 ±0. 49, 1.25 ±0. 45, 1.41 ±0. 51,2.42 ±0. 79, 1.50 ±40. 52, respectively. In comparison with injury group, the ulcer index and epithelial damage scoring of gastric mucosa in aldioxa protective group were significantly decreased. Conclusions The results revealed that aldioxa tablets bad a significant pro- tection effect on rats with acute gastric mucosal injury induced by aspirin.
