摘要
目的:研究药用植物密蒙花总黄酮提取工艺及其抗氧化性能。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验设计对总黄酮提取工艺进行优化,并研究密蒙花黄酮类化合物对羟自由基的清除作用和对羟自由基诱发卵磷脂脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果:最佳提取工艺即以60%乙醇为提取剂、提取物料比为1∶30、提取温度为70℃、提取时间为3h,总黄酮的提取率为16.72%。结论:试验结果表明提取工艺合理,总黄酮提取率高,密蒙花总黄酮提取液具有很好抗氧化性能。
Objective: To study the extraction technology and antioxygenic property of flavonoids form the Medicinal Plant Buddleia Offieinalis Maxim. Method: The extraction of total flavonoids were studied by orthogonal test. And antioxidant properties of the extract were evaluated by eliminating hydroxy radical and inhibiting hydroxyl radical induced lipid peroxidation of lecithin. Result: The optimum extracting condition were as follows: extracting temperature 70℃, ethanol concentration 60%, and extraction time 3h and material -water ratio: 1:30, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 16.72%. Conclusion: The results showed that the extraction technology was reasonable, the yield of total flavonoids is high, and extraction of Buddleja had strong antioxidant properties.
