摘要
目的:探讨黄芪注射液对镉致孕鼠毒性的拮抗作用。方法:将受孕Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分成3组:黄芪注射液+氯化镉组(A组)、氯化镉组(Cd组)和对照组(C组)。A、Cd组分别每天饮用含40 mg/L氯化镉的水,C组饮用等量蒸馏水;A组每天腹腔注射黄芪注射液10 g/kg/d,Cd组和C组每天腹腔注射等量蒸馏水;各组每天均喂食普通饲料。20天的孕鼠麻醉后心脏取血,测定血清镉(Cd)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathiOne Pe roxidase,GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutas,SOD)和相关性激素(雌激素E2孕激素P)含量,并取胎盘组织冷冻保存测其中镉含量。结果:与Cd组(0.68±0.12、0.23±0.04、3.45±0.68、1.78±0.09、11.73±0.68、22.97±1.07)相比,A组孕鼠血清镉(0.23±0.04)、胎盘镉含量(0.12±0.03)下降(P<0.05),血清中GSH-Px、SOD、E2、P含量(12.57±2.10、7.47±1.35、18.36±0.96、40.75±1.27)升高(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液可拮抗镉对孕鼠的毒性,作用机制可能与其有效成分清除自由基和抗氧化作用等有关。
Objective:To detect the antitoxicity function of Radix Astragali Mongolici injection for cadmium to pregnant mouse.Methods:The pregnant mouse were randomly divided into three groups: Astragali Mongolici injection and cadmium chloride group(A group),cadmium chloride group(Cd group) and control group,the mouse of A and Cd groups drank cadmium chloride solution respectively,C group took the same volume vapor water,A group were injected Astragali Mongolici 10 kg/d,as control Cd and C groups were given the same dose as A group.Every group was feed the general food to take the twenty days gestational aged mouses blood to test the level of serum Cd,GS-Px,SOD,E2,P and the content of Cd in placenta.Results:Compared with Cd group,the content of A group's serum and placental Cd decreased;while the level of GSH-Px,SOD,E2 and P were increased.Conclusion:Astragali Mongolici injection has anti-toxicity of Cd to pregnant mouse,may correlate with eliminating the free radical and anti oxygenesis.
