The expression of pRb2/p130 Gene in human cervical cancer

摘要 目的:探讨子宫颈正常组织及病变组织中pRb2/p130的表达及其与子宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测60例患者子宫颈标本的pRb2/p130的表达,其中宫颈浸润癌10例,宫颈原位癌15例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(C IN)Ⅰ-Ⅱ期15例,正常宫颈组织20例。结果:pRb2/p130阳性表达率在正常宫颈组织、C IN、宫颈原位癌、宫颈浸润癌组织中依次递减,分别为85.0%、80.0%、26.6%、20.0%,且宫颈浸润癌和宫颈原位癌(C IS)中明显低于正常宫颈组织及C IN组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫颈癌中pRb2/p130的表达下降或缺失是一个频发事件,其恶性程度愈高表达阳性率愈低,提示pRb2/p130与子宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,并在其发病机制中起着重要的作用。 Objective:To investigate the expression of pRb2/p130 gene and the pathological clinical features relationship with human cervical cancer.Methods:The levels of pRb2/p130 protein were examined with immunohistochemical SP method in 10 samples of invasive cervical cancer,15 samples of carcinoma in situ(CIS),15 samples of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and 20 samples of normal cervix.Results:The positive rate of pRb2/p130 protein in the normal cervix,CIN,CIS and invasive cancer was respectively 85.0%,80.0%,26.6% and 20.0%.pRb2/p130 protein in invasive cancer and CIS was significantly lower than that in normal tissue(P0.05).The positive expression of pRb2/p130 gene was related to histological differentiation(P0.05).Conclusion:Descent or miss of the expression of pRb2/p130 gene is a frequent incidence in human cervical cancer.The positive rate of pRb2/p130 expression is proportionate to malignant degree of endometrial carcinoma,indicating that pRb2/p130 plays an important role in the development and pathogenesis of cervical cancer.
