补锌与补铁的相互作用临床研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 铁与锌是人体生长发育、免疫所必需的微量营养元素。据2002年我国国家营养与健康调查委员会的调查资料显示,按照世界卫生组织营养标准,我国30%的儿童、孕妇和哺乳期妇女以及20%的育龄期妇女有贫血,全国大约有1亿人有锌缺乏,主要分布在农村〔1〕。
