考虑色彩意象不明确的产品色彩模糊优化设计 被引量:19

摘要 针对产品色彩设计中消费者对于色彩意象表达存在的模糊性、不确定性等问题,建立考虑色彩意象不明确的产品色彩模糊优化设计。将用户决策信息不完全明确情况下的产品色彩设计这一实际应用问题转化为一个给定解空间的最优解的模糊搜索问题,建立产品色彩的模糊设计模型;采用粒子群算法对该模型进行求解,从而得到优化的一系列产品色彩方案解;由设计用户从中进行最满意方案解的选择,由此可得到符合消费者真实意象需求与偏好的产品色彩设计方案。通过工程机械产品的色彩设计实例,验证该方法能够有效改善产品色彩智能搜索阶段所遭遇的不确定问题;与传统产品色彩智能设计方法相比,有效提高产生满意解的概率,从而提高产品色彩设计的成功率。 In view of the fuzziness and uncertainty of consumers to color image during product color design,a product color fuzzy optimum design method with consideration of uncertain color image is established.This actual problem can be converted into the optimum solution fuzzy searching whose solution space is given.Meanwhile,the fuzzy design model of product color is constructed.The model is to be solved by particle swarm optimization in order to obtain a series of optimum color scheme solutions.Users select the most satisfactory one,so the product color scheme which meets consumers' image requirement can be obtained.Through a color design case of construction machine,it is verified that this method can effectively improve the uncertainty problem encountered in the intelligent searching of product color.Compared with traditional color intelligent design method,this method increases the generation rate of satisfactory solution,thus improving the success rate of product color design.
