力竭性运动训练对大鼠血清甘胆酸含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究运动训练对机体肝细胞功能的影响,通过对大鼠进行为期8周的不同 运动量的游泳训练,并测定血清乳酸脱氢梅酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷革转氨酶等酶的活性以 及甘胆酸(Cholylglycine,CG)含量。结果表明,血清酶活性在一定程度上可反映肝细胞 的损伤,但缺乏特异性,动态观察静息时血清甘胆酸含量可特异地反映肝细胞的功能状 态,对评定机体功能,预防运动性疲劳的产生具有十分重要的意义, In order to explore the offect effect of exercise training on the liver function, SD rats were conducted on swimming training in different load for 8 weekes, and the activities of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) and aspartate aminotrans- ferase (AST) were determined. The results indicated:the activity of serum enzymes might reflect the hepatocyte injury to some degree,but those were short of specificity.Dynamic ob- servation of serum CG might specifically reflect the condiction of liver function, and has major significance to evaluate the organism's function and to prevent the occurrence of exercise fa- tigue.
