摘要 原发灶不明的淋巴结转移癌（Metastatic lymph nodecarcinoma of unknown primary site,LCUP）是指各部位淋巴结经活检或针吸病理细胞学证实为转移癌,而经反复仔细全面的常规检查,仍查不到原发灶的转移癌（不包括淋巴瘤）,这类原发灶不明的转移性肿瘤约在肿瘤中占2.3%-4.2%[1],患者预后差,从诊断开始,
