半月板大小与X线片上胫骨平台骨性标志物的相关性研究 被引量:2

The correlation study of the meniscus size and the tibia plateau bone markers on X-ray films

摘要 目的:探讨半月板大小与X线片上胫骨平台骨性标志物大小的相关性,为临床同种异体半月板移植物的选择提供参考依据。方法:通过一组四川省正常成年人的新鲜膝关节标本的研究,将所测量的半月板大小数据及相应X线片骨性标志物测量结果进行统计分析。结果:发现了内、外侧半月板的最大矢状径与X线片上胫骨平台前后径以及外侧半月板最大横径与X线片上外侧胫骨平台横径的相关性显著。结论:半月板大小与X线片上胫骨平台骨性标志物大小具有一定的相关性,从而为同种异体半月板移植术的移植物判断、选择提供了一种既相对准确又简单实用的方法。
