Ultrasound appearance of Lffler endocarditis:report of one case
摘要
病例男,27岁。因双下肢水肿4月,呼吸困难2月,加重1周入院。患者4月前无诱因出现双下肢水肿,以右下肢为著,未经任何诊治。2月前突然感胸闷气短,伴口唇青紫、心悸、活动时明显,渐进性加重。1周前出现端坐呼吸,不能平卧。无发烧,咯血。既往体健,无慢性支气管炎史,无哮喘史。
