农村非点源污染国内外对比研究综述

Comparative Research on Rural non-point Source Pollution at Home and Abroad

由于农村非点源污染的时空范围广、不确定性大、过程复杂、污染严重等特点已越来越成为世界各国治理水污染的重点和难点，本文梳理了国内外农村非点源污染研究发展历程和治理对策，总结了我国农村非点源污染治理方案纳入社会学研究有望取得更良好的效果。

Because non-point source pollution in rural areas has characteristics of wide range of spatial and temporal, large uncertainty, the complexity and serious pollution, it has become the focus and difficult problems in the world. This paper reviews development process and countermeasures for rural non-point source pollution. Summed up the rural non-point source pollution control programs into the sociological research is expected to achieve better results.
