射洪县水库大坝病害特点及除险加固技术问题探讨

Characteristics of Shehong Dam and Discussion about Technical Problems of Reinforcement

新中国成立以来，我县水利事业得到了蓬勃迅速的发展，已建成小型水库114座。大量病险的存在不但影响水库效益的发挥，而且还严重威胁下游人民群众生命财产及设施的安全，制约着经济社会发展。因此，水库除险加固工作迫在眉捷，刻不容缓。现将当前水库除险加固工作有关技术问题进行了探讨。

Since the founding of new China, the water conservancy has vigorous rapid development, we have built 114 small reservoirs. The presence of a large number of dangerous impacts the benefit of reservoir, but also seriously threat to downstream life and property and facilities security, restricts the economic and social development. So, it＇s imminent and urgent work for reservoir reinforcement. Now I＇ll discuss the the technical issues of current reservoir reinforcement.
