Use Report for Duty, Warm-up before English Class

热身运动是传授新课的序曲，它能激发学生兴趣，抓住学生心弦，优化学生心境，并为新知识的探索运用做了准备。英语课前五分钟要有鲜明的学科特色，教师应该充分利用课前五分钟，用英语开展Warmup，让学生通过开展各种形式的口语活动，减轻学习压力，活跃课堂气氛，以饱满的情绪进入课堂学习。

Warm-up exercise is a prelude to teach new courses. It can stimulate students＇ interest, seize the hearts of students, optimize students＇ mind, and prepare for exploring new knowledge. Five-minute English classes have distinct characteristics of the subject, teachers should make full use of the first five minutes of class. Warm up in English, through various oral activities to reduce stress, active classroom atmosphere, go into the classroom learning with full emotion.
