摘要 语言是人类最重要的交际工具,是幼儿认识世界、了解世界、表达情感的媒介。教师语言作为一种特有的社会现象,不仅影响幼儿活动、认知、学习、情绪、情感、个性等多种心理因素的发展,更是促进幼儿身心健康发展的重要外部环境。教师正确的评价鼓励具有激励、暗示、反馈的重要功能,因此应得到每一位教师的重视与应用。 Language is an important communication tool for human being. It's a medium for children to understand the world, learn about the world and express emotions. As a uniquesocial phenomenon, teachers' language not only influence the development of children's psychological factor such as activities, cognition, learning, mood, emotion, character, but also considered as the important external envimument of promoting children's physical and mental health. Proper evaluation and encouragement from teachers have the function of encouraging, implication and feedback. So it should get more attention and application from each teacher.
