摘要
科学发展观是以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观。教育科学发展观则是科学发展观的重要组成部分,大学英语专业教学是高等教育的一个有机组成部分。本文阐述了科学发展观在独立学院英语专业教学中的实践与探索,为其他同类院校的教学发展之路提供借鉴。
Scientific outlook on development is to put people first and set up a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development conception. Scientific outlook of education development is one of its essential components and college English teaching is an important part of higher education. Therefore, the author is going to elaborate the practice and exploration of scientific outlook on development in English teaching of Tianjin Binhai School of Foreign Affairs so as to provide a reference for its counterparts.
