Cultivation of Early Childhood English Teaching Skills for College Students of Early Childhood Education Major

幼儿教育是提高我国民族素质的重要环节,是发展民族教育的基础。加强幼儿英语师资队伍建设,是提高幼儿英语教学质量的前提。本文从三个方面讨论如何培养高素质的幼儿英语教师,首先要夯实英语基础,其次要注重与其它相关专业的融合,再次要加强教学技能的培养,旨在通过讨论对幼儿英语教师的培养提出一些建设性的意见。

Early childhood education is an important part of our nation quality, and it is the basis for the development of national education. Strengthen the teachers troop constructs of childhood education, it the premise of improving childhood English teaching quality. This article discusses how to cultivate high quality English teachers for childhood. First, reinforce English basic, then, focus on integration with other related professional; Finally, cultivate teaching skills. It aims to make some constructive comments for the training of English teachers of childhood.
