美国作为世界上最发达的国家,在国家农业补贴政策上也处于全球领先地位,形成了较为完备的农业补贴体系,对农业的发展起到了极其重要的作用。我国在农业补贴方面处于刚刚起步不久的地位,因此,发达国家尤其是美国的农业政策对中国农业政策的发展有积极的借鉴作用。
