我国的环保非政府组织在倡导环保、抵抗污染方面与政府环境保护部门有过多次合作,尤其是在政策参与方面。在这个过程中,环保非政府组织在政策参与过程中遇到了诸多障碍。因此,我们有必要对我国环保非政府组织政策参与所面临的障碍进行研究,并找出相应的发展途径。

China＇s environmental non-governmental organizations and the environmental protection department of the government had cooperated several times with each other in the process of promoting environmental protection and resisting pollution, especially in the policy participation. In this process, environmental non-governmental organizations encountered many obstacles in the process of the policy participating .So, it is necessary for us to research the obstacles of environmental NGO facing in the process in policy participating and fred out the corresponding development way.
