随着中国对外贸易往来逐渐频繁,涉外案件不可避免地持续增多,对中国法庭口译的要求也大大提高。本文将通过对归化与异化两种翻译策略的回顾与研究,指出在法庭口译当中异化翻译方法的选择将是总的趋势,更具合理性。

With the growing frequency of China＇s foreign trade, China is inevitably facing up with increasing foreign-related cases. Under this situation, the demand of court interpretation will increase in the future. The thesis is going to point out that the option of alienation will be the general trend in court interpretation by looking back the history and former study of adaptation and alienation.
