摘要
目的探讨膝关节骨挫伤的MRI表现及其临床意义。方法对50例膝关节外伤后X线平片或CT显示阴性患者行MRI检查,检查序列包括T1WI、T2WI、STIR。结果 50例患者中,共发现42例96处骨挫伤病灶,其中T1WI序列显示90个,T2WI序列显示76个,STIR序列全部显示骨挫伤病灶。结论 MRI能清晰显示不能被X线平片与CT所能发现的骨挫伤的范围、部位,对于尽早明确诊断和指导手术治疗,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To study the MRI findings of bone contusion of the knee joints and to assess their clinical significance.Methods Fifty patients with knee joint trauma,who initially were negative findings on routine radiographs and CT images after trauma underwent the examinations of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) which comprised T1 weighted imaging(T1WI),T2 weighted imaging(T2WI),and short time inversion recovery(STIR) sequence.Results The study demonstrated that 42 of 50 patients were found to have total 96 sites of bone contusion of the knee joints,of those,T1WI showed 90 sites,T2WI showed 76 sites,while STIR sequence showed all 96 sites.Conclusion MR imaging was able to show the extent and site of bone contusion of the knee joints,which could not be found by either routine radiography or CT,and thus MRI has important clinical significance for definitely diagnosing this disease as soon as possible and for guiding the surgical treatment.
