摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)二维三维重建技术在探测骨关节骨折中的应用价值。方法对80例骨关节骨折患者行MSCT容积扫描后薄层重建,将薄层重建导入Syngo系统工作站行二维(MPR)三维(MIP、SVR)重建。结果二维(MPR)重建图像清晰地显示了骨关节骨折的部位、细微结构、关节腔内骨折碎片情况;三维(MIP、SVR)重建可立体直观地显示骨折的移位程度、关节脱位及关节腔内碎骨片。结论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)二维三维重建技术综合运用对各部位骨折、关节脱位的显示效果良好,能为临床制定手术方案提供可靠依据。
Objective To assess the usefulness of multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) with two-dimensional(2D) and three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction techniques in the detection of osteoarticular fractures.Methods Eighty patients with osteoarticular fractures initially underwent MSCT volume scans after trauma.Subsequently,the source images were transferred into the syngo system workstation and postprocessed by 2D-MPR,3D-MIP and SVR for thin slice reconstruction.Results 2D-MPR images clearly showed the location,fine structure and intracavitary bone chip of osteoarticular fractures.3D-MIP and SVR images stereoscopically and directly showed the displacement degree,articular dislocation and intracavitary bone chip of osteoarticular fractures.Conclusion The integrated applications of MSCT with 2D-and 3D-reconstruction techniques have the excellent efficacy in showing the location and displacement degree of osteoarticular fractures,and thus could provide the reliable evidence to plan the operative protocol.
