小切口负压吸引引流治疗颌面颈部间隙感染的对照研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的:比较小切口负压吸引引流与常规广泛切开引流术在治疗颌面颈部间隙感染中,伤口愈合时间及术后瘢痕形成方面的差异。方法:颌面颈部间隙感染确诊病例37例分为2组,对照组行颌面颈部脓肿广泛切开引流术,实验组行小切口并负压吸引引流治疗,所有病例均根据血培养、细菌培养及药敏试验结果给予足量抗生素行全身抗感染治疗,统计对照组与实验组平均伤口愈合时间及皮肤瘢痕长度、宽度。结果:对照组平均伤口愈合时间为11.3d,实验组平均伤口愈合时间为10.8d(P>0.05)。对照组伤口愈合后平均瘢痕长度为11.5cm,平均瘢痕宽度为1.3cm;实验组伤口愈合后平均瘢痕长度为2.3cm(P<0.05),平均瘢痕宽度为0.6cm(P<0.05)。结论:小切口负压吸引引流治疗颌面颈部间隙感染并不显著缩短伤口愈合时间,但明显减小术后瘢痕形成,患者易于接受。 Objective: To study the differences of micro-incision assisted by vacuum aspiration drainage method and conventional extensive incision and drainage method on healing time and skin scar when treating maxillofacial and jugular infection.Methods: 37 cases suffering maxillofacial and jugular infection were divided into two groups.The control group received conventional extensive incision and drainage,while the experimental group received micro-incision assisted by vacuum aspiration drainage.All cases were given the antibiotics according to blood culture,bacterial culture and susceptibility test.The healing time and scar of skin was calculated and analyzed.Results: The healing time of both control and experimental groups were similar,while the length and width of the skin scar were significantly different between the control and experimental groups(P0.05).Conclusion: The micro-incision assisted by vacuum aspiration drainage method can not significantly shorten the healing time when treating maxillofacial and jugular infection,but it diminished the scar of skin manifestly.
