摘要
目的探讨基于CTA断层图像重建盆腔肿瘤及周围结构数字模型及三维可视化的方法。方法盆腔肿瘤患者1例,应用多层螺旋CT动脉造影技术(MSCTA),以层厚0.50mm进行腰骶椎薄层平扫,得到Dicom数据,导入Mimics软件,对盆腔肿瘤、供血血管、骨骼等进行半自动分割,以进行三维重建。结果成功建立盆腔肿瘤及周围结构的三维数字可视化模型。结论结合应用MSCTA二维图像与Mimics三维重建软件,建立的骶骨、盆腔肿瘤及其供血动脉等模型,既能够显示盆腔血管系统的空间位置关系,又可显示盆腔肿瘤的大小、位置、性质、供血动脉及其骶骨破坏情况,有助于术前模拟和预测。
Objective To discuss the methods of reconstructing a digital model and a three-dimensional visualization of the pelvic tumor and the surrounding structures based on CT angiographic (CTA) image. Methods The folium of the lumbosacral vertebrae in 1 patient with pelvic tumor underwent scanning with the application of the technique of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) of artery. The thickness of the folium was 0.50 mm. The Dicom data was obtained and inputted into Mimics software. Pelvic tumor, blood-supplying arteries and ossature were performed with semiautomatic segmentation to conduct three-dimensional reconstruction. Results The digital model of pelvic tumor and surrounding structures in form of three-dimensional visualization was established successfully. Conclusions Not only did the model of sacrum, pelvic tumor and its blood-supplying arteries established conjointly through two-dimensional images of MSCTA and three-dimensional reconstructing software of Mimics reveal the spatial relationship within vascular system of pelvic cavity, but also reveal the size, location and property of the pelvic tumor, blood-supplying arteries and the destructed condition in sacrum, which contributes to the preoperative simulation and assessment.
