摘要
目的研究巴氏消毒法对异体骨材料中污染的人免疫缺陷病毒的灭活效果。方法对连续3批异体骨材料进行浸泡染毒,用巴氏消毒法处理染毒异体骨材料,采用细胞培养法测定处理后的病毒滴度,并对样品进行细胞盲传3代,观察细胞病变情况。结果用巴氏消毒法处理,染毒异体骨材料中HIV-1ⅢB毒株病毒滴度至少降低了5.67log,对检测标本盲传3代均未出现细胞病变。结论巴氏消毒法能够有效灭活异体骨材料中污染的人免疫缺陷病毒。
Objective To study the inactivating effect of pasteurization in allogenic bone contaminated by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Methods Three batches of allogenic bone were examined in succession. Allogenic bones were contaminated through incubating with HIV-1 and then treated with pasteurization. Cell culture was applied to measure the titer of HIV-1. Samples of cells were conducted with blind passage ranged three generations. Pathological changes of the cells were observed. Results Pasteurization was conducted, and titer of HIV-1 IIIB in the allogenic bone contaminated by H1V decreased at least 5.671og. No pathological change of the cells was found in blind passage ranged three generations. Conclusions Pasteurization can effectively inactivate the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in allogenic bone contaminated.
