乳腺Paget病合并乳腺导管内癌1例

摘要 女患,53岁,入院前9个月无意中发现左乳外上肿块,无痛,无低热、盗汗、乏力,肿块渐增大,未经任何治疗。入院后查体：双乳对称,无乳头内陷及溢液,无酒窝征及橘皮征,于左乳外上象限约2点方向距乳头约3.5 cm处可触及一大小约4.5 cm×4.0 cm肿块,质韧偏硬,光滑,边界清,活动良,无压痛;右乳未触及明显肿块,乳头乳晕皮肤无明显粗糙,
