肺结核继发疤痕癌的CT表现

Spiral CT Performance of Secondary Scar carcinoma based on Tuberculosis

目的提高肺结核基础继发性疤痕癌的认识和影像诊断水平。方法回顾性分析16例经病理证实的肺疤痕癌螺旋CT影像表现。结果所有病例均为单发,肺疤痕癌绝大部分成团块状,边缘模糊或锐利,密度不均匀,可见分叶和毛刺征,常合并空洞或空泡形成,增强后肿块均呈较明显强化,随访CT影像对提示肺疤痕癌具有一定价值。结论肺疤痕癌有一定特征性CT表现,鉴别诊断意义最大的是动态观察。

Objective To improve the understanding and imaging diagnosis level of secondary scar carcinoma based on tuberculosis.Methods 16 cases of lung scar carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of the cases are solitary.The CT performance of Lung scar carcinoma is that there are loburay nodule,sharp or indefinite edge and spiculation,uneven density with cavity or vacuole,obviously enhanced on contrast enhanced scan,the dynamic expression is very importent.Conclusion There are some features of CT of lung scar carcinoma.The dynamic expression is the most important feature.
