双唑泰泡腾片与乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊联合治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效分析

Clinical effects of a combination of metronidazole,clotrimazole,and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent tablets and a living preparation of lactobacillus on bacterial vaginosis

本文旨在探讨双唑泰泡腾片与乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊联合治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。将100例就诊于江苏省中西医结合医院妇产科的细菌性阴道病患者随机平均分为两组:治疗组给予阴道内放置双唑泰泡腾片与乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊联合治疗;对照组单用阴道内放置双唑泰泡腾片。药物剂量、治疗时间相同。结果显示,治疗组细菌性阴道病48例(失访2例),35例显效,8例有效,显效率为72.92%,总有效率为89.58%;对照组细菌性阴道病49例(失访1例),31例显效,7例有效,显效率为63.27%,总有效率为77.56%。两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治愈者在停药后第4周复查,治疗组复发3例,复发率为6.25%;对照组复发10例,复发率为20.41%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果提示,双唑泰泡腾片与乳酸杆菌活菌胶囊联合治疗细菌性阴道病安全、有效,可在临床推广。

The present paper aims to investigate the clinical effects of a combination of metronidazole,clotrimazole,and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent tablets and a living preparation of lactobacillus on bacterial vaginosis.A total of 100 patients with bacterial vaginosis from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Jiangsu Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected and equally divided into the control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group were only treated with metronidazole,clotrimazole,and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent tablets while the patients in the experimental group were treated with a combination of metronidazole,clotrimazole,and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent tablets and a living preparation of lactobacillus.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared after treatment.In the experimental group,2 patients were lost to follow-up;in 35 patients,treatment was deemed markedly effective and in 8 patients,effective.The markedly effective rate was 72.92% and the total effective rate was 89.58%.In the control group,1 patient was lost to follow-up,treatment was markedly effective in 31 patients and effective in 7.The markedly effective rate was 63.27% and the total effective rate was 77.56%.The total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups（P0.05）.The recurrence rate in the experimental group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than the 20.41% observed in the control group（P0.05）.The results suggest that a combination of metronidazole,clotrimazole,and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent tablets and a living preparation of lactobacillus is safe and effective in treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
