摘要
本文通过对ＢＮ－ＴｉＢ２ 基导电蒸发舟中添加一定量的Ｓｉ３Ｎ４，研究了Ｓｉ３Ｎ４对导电蒸发舟电性能、耐腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明，添加适量Ｂｉ３Ｎ４ 能够在保持电性能良好的基础上，大大提高导电蒸发舟的耐腐蚀性，从而延长了其使用寿命。
In this paper,by adding certain contents of Si 3N 4 to conductive evaporatirg boat of BN TiB 2 base,the effect of Si 3N 4 on properties of electrictity and corrosion resistance of conductive evaporating boat is studied It shows that on the basis of keeping good electric property of conductive evaporating boat by adding certain contents of Si 3N 4,the corrosion is also improved greatly to prolong its living life
