摘要
详细地研究了阴离子、阳离子型以及两性抗静电剂的抗静电性能与其结构以及其使用浓度的关系。结果表明,在涤纶POY 上,3 种类型的抗静电剂的抗静电性能均随纤维上含油的提高而增大。其抗静电性能的相对大小为:短链的脂肪醇磷酸酯盐阴离子型抗静电剂大于阳离子型和两性型抗静电剂大于长链的脂肪醇磷酸酯盐阴离子型抗静电剂。对于同种类型的抗静电剂,其脂肪醇的碳链越长,则抗静电性能越差;链上所含的环氧乙烷数越多,则抗静电性越好。在锦纶POY 上,含油低时,LBH400 酯的抗静电性能优于517 PK,而含油较高时,以517 PK
The relationship between the structure and antistatic performance of different antistatic agent such as anionic, cationic and amphoteric antistatic agent was studied. The results showed that the antistatic performance of those three antistatic agents were improved with the increase of their content on the PET POY. The antistatic performance of the cationic antistatic agent was equal to that of amphoteric antistatic agent, but was worse than that of fatty alcohol phosphate with short carbon chain and better than that of fatty alcohol phosphate with long carbon chain. To the same kind of antistatic agents, the longer the carbon chain in the fatty alcohol, the worse was the antistatic performance. The more of EO content in antistatic agent, the better antistatic performance it was. The antistatic performance of LBH 400 was better than that of 517 PK when their content on PA POY was low. However, the performance of 517 PK became better at higher ratios.
