摘要
介绍了通过增大变形喷嘴的进气孔、后锥角和喷气孔截面积,从而增加并且改善了喷气流量。由此生产的丙纶BCF 长丝的卷曲性能和膨松度得到进一步提高,纤维质量得到改善。同时断头率降低。
The flow of compressed air was increased and improved through enlarging the air inlet, back\|taper vertex angle and spray nozzle cross section of jet orifice. By this means, the crimping property and bulking intensity were both improved, so was the quality of yarn. Meanwhile, breaking rate decreased and production went better evidently.
