涤纶细旦POY条干不匀率和卷绕成形影响因素探讨

DISCUSSION ON YARN IRREGULARITY, WINDING PROCESS AND PACKAGE BUILD OF FINE DENIER PET POY

根据从意大利特模阿尔法(Therm oalfa)公司引进的涤纶微细旦POY 成套设备的特点,对无导丝盘直接卷绕成形条件下,影响细旦POY 条干不匀率和卷绕成形的因素进行了探讨。生产实际表明,无导丝盘高速纺细旦POY 条干不匀率受熔体质量、纺丝及卷绕条件的影响,卷绕张力。

Combining with the characteristics of fine PET POY equipment imported from Thermoalfa Co., Italy, the influential factors on yarn irregularity, winding and package building process without godet were discussed. The production result proved that the yarn irregularity of fine denier POY spun without godet at high speed is affected by melt mass and spinning and winding conditions; moreover, winding tension, package angle and contact pressure give a mighty effect on package result.
