焙烧纳米粉体推板式隧道窑温度特性详细剖析

Detailed Analysis of the Characteristics of Temperature in a Pusher Tunnel Kiln Used for Calcinating Nano Powder

摘要 基于纳米粉体生产过程的特殊焙烧工艺需要,采用热电偶测温和数值模拟温度场的方法详细考察了一台推板式隧道窑的工作特性,找出了该焙烧区不能实现恒温精度以及恒温区短等形成因素,提出了正确的设计理念,可为炉窑设计与制造单位提供参考。 Based on the needs of the special roasting technique in the nano powder production process, methods of thermal couple detection and numerical simulation of the temperature field are deployed to investigate the characteristics of a pusher tunnel kiln. The article also indicates the causes of unable to realize the constant temperature accuracy and short constant temperature zone, and suggests the correct design concept, which can be served as reference for furnace design and production.
